ORDER STREETS ONLINE STORE (UNILEVER PRODUCTS) - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The orderstreets.com.au online store (the “Order Streets Online Store”) and related services are made available to you by Unilever Australia Limited ABN 66 004 050 828 (“Unilever”). Please read this document carefully before placing any orders on the Order Streets Online Store.

These Terms & Conditions shall apply in addition to any agreed trading terms or supply agreements between you and Unilever Australia Ltd. In the case of inconsistency these Terms and Conditions shall prevail for your purchase on the Order Streets Online Store to the extent of the inconsistency.

  1. REGISTRATION

    To purchase products and use the services or features made available to you in the Order Streets Online Store, you need to register at orderstreets.com.au. If you are an existing Unilever Australia customer, you will need to enter your Site ID. For new customers, you will need to follow the registration process, providing all required information. When you access the Order Streets Online Store for the first time you will be asked to set your password.

  2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

    1. In order to make purchases through the Order Streets Online Store, you must provide the requested information when setting up your account which may include your name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address.

    2. Access to the Order Streets Online Store is limited to individuals and retail businesses with an ABN located in Australia with an account for the Order Streets Online Store.

  3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    1. We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Available at: https://www.unilevernotices.com/australia/english/privacy-notice/notice.html). Please take the time to read it, as it includes important terms which apply to you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by phone, e-mail or by post to the contact details you provide to us in your order in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

  4. ORDERS

    1. All orders are subject to acceptance by the relevant distributor. Once accepted, the distributor will fulfil your order and arrange delivery of the purchased product(s) to you at the Australian address indicated in your registered account.

    2. Processing and delivery of the order is fulfilled by a distribution partner on behalf of Unilever.

    3. Unilever (or a distribution partner on behalf of Unilever) reserves the right to cancel or edit an order for example if the ordered products are not available. Orders may be changed by the distribution partner on behalf of Unilever if sufficient stock is not available. In the case of cancellation, rejection or a change to an order you will be contacted by the distribution partner.

    4. The delivery fee is included in the purchase price except where additional delivery costs are indicated in the Order Streets Online Store for specified delivery areas.

    5. A minimum order amount may apply as stated on the Order Streets Online Store.

    6. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the selected product is not available for any reason.  We will notify you if this is the case and refund any payment that you have made.

    7. To the extent permitted by law no refunds and/ or returns are granted (see clause 9 for defective products).

  5. PRICING POLICY & RANGE

    1. Pricing is subject to change as determined by Unilever

    2. The range of products for sale on the Order Streets Online Store may be limited subject to availability and may change.

    3. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST (as that term is defined in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth)).

  6. PAYMENT

    1. You can pay for your purchases by using your credit account (account holders only), VISA Card, Master Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery.

    2. Ownership of the purchased product(s) passes when Unilever receives notice of clear funds on the full payment for the product(s). You are only entitled to possession when this occurs. On the transfer of the purchased product(s) Unilever warrants clear title to you.

  7. DELIVERY

    1. We will arrange delivery of the purchased products through our distributors after the order has been received and processed.

    2. The delivery date you selected when you placed the order may be subject to change. Should that be the case, you will be contacted by the relevant distributor

    3. The delivery to the address you entered when registering will be at your risk. You must ensure that the shipping address provided to us is correct. It needs to be a safe location as the delivered products may be left for you and may not be redelivered.

  8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    1. Subject to clause 8.2, there is no acceptance of returns and/or credits except when required by law.

    2. If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method, as appropriate. It does not constitute as a defect if a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with usage instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

  9. YOUR USE OF THE ORDER STREETS ONLINE STORE

    1. You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the Order Streets Online Store and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to the Order Streets Online Store.

    2. You agree to take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept secure, and to notify the Streets Online Team (Unilever) immediately if a third party has gained knowledge of the password or of any unauthorised use of the password.

    3. You agree to be compliant with the password creation, length and expiry as Unilever password guidelines. Details can be found on the FAQ section on the website.

    4. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities or otherwise violated this benefit, we may deny you access to the Order Streets Online Store on a temporary or permanent basis.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. Subject to clause 10.2 and to the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees (including without limitation as to the condition, quality, fitness for purpose, merchantability or compliance with description of an Item), rights remedies, liabilities and other terms implied are excluded.

    2. If a supply under this Agreement is a supply of goods or services to a consumer within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law, provided that, to the extent that the Australian Consumer Law permits Unilever to limit its liability, then liability shall be limited to: i) in the case of services, the cost of supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; and ii) in the case of goods, the cost of replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or having the goods repaired, or payment of the cost of replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or having the goods repaired the Order Streets Online Store.

    3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for:

      (a) fraud;

      (b) death or personal injury caused by our breach of duty;

      (c) any breach of the obligations implied or guaranteed by law; or

      (d) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law

  11. INDEMNITY

    1. At our request, you agree to indemnify Unilever, defend us and hold Unilever Australia Limited, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of these terms and conditions by you or by any other persons accessing the Order Streets Online Store using your name, contact and payment details.

  12. GOVERNING LAW

    1. These terms together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.

WIN A YEAR’S WORTH OF BEN & JERRY’S ICE CREAM 

Full Terms and Conditions (Australia) 

1. Promoter 

MAGNUM ICC AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, 2 Magnum Pl, Minto NSW 2566, ABN 89 684 088 560 (“Promoter”). 

2. Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, participating retailers, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 

3. Promotional Period 

The promotion starts 12:01am AEST on 07/04/2026 and ends 11:59pm AEST on 06/05/2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

4. How to Enter 

To enter, customers must during the Promotional Period: 

Purchase any two (2) or more Ben & Jerry’s products in a single transaction from a participating UCB store in Australia; and 

Follow the instructions provided at point of sale (e.g., scan QR code or visit the designated promotion webpage) and submit requested details including name, valid email address, and upload or provide the proof of purchase. 

Receipt requirements: Receipts must clearly specify the store of purchase, date of purchase within the Promotional Period, and the eligible Ben & Jerry’s products purchased. Each receipt may only be used once. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt and provide it on request for verification. 

Entry limits: One (1) entry per valid transaction/receipt. No automated, group or third party entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or non compliant entries will be rejected. 

5. Prize 

There is one (1) major prize available: A year’s worth of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. 

The prize consists of 52 pints of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream (equivalent to one pint per week for a year). 

Fulfilment will be arranged based on the winner’s location:  

If the winner lives near a participating Ben & Jerry’s store, the prize will be provided as store vouchers redeemable for Ben & Jerry’s pints; or 

If the winner is not located near a Ben & Jerry’s store, the prize will be provided as Coles or Woolworths gift cards, enabling the winner to purchase Ben & Jerry’s products from those retailers. 

The value of one (1) pint is calculated at its Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $14.50. 

Total prize value: AUD $754 (incl. GST). 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter may substitute the prize (or any element) with one of equal or greater value due to stock, availability, or other reasonable circumstances. 

6. Winner Selection 

A random electronic draw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST on 10/05/2026 at MAGNUM ICC AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, 2 Magnum Pl, Minto NSW 2566. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and their first initial, surname and state/territory of residence will be published on the Ben & Jerry’s Australia website for a minimum of 28 days. 

7. Unclaimed Prize 

If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same location at 12:00pm AEST on 10/08/2026. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and published in the same manner. 

8. Verification & Proof of Purchase 

Entrants must, at the Promoter’s request, supply suitable identification and the original purchase receipt(s) to verify compliance with these Terms. Failure to produce required proof may, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. 

9. Tampering & Conduct 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process; submits multiple entries using the same receipt; or engages in any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or disruptive conduct. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may require proof of identity and eligibility. 

10. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including (without limitation) where arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; or (d) acceptance and/or use of the prize. 

11. Privacy 

By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may collect, use and disclose personal information for the purposes of conducting and administering the promotion (including verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, publishing winner details, and prize fulfilment). The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (including how to access or correct personal information and how to make a privacy complaint) is available at https://www.unilever.com.au/privacy/. Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has consented. 

13. General 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrants, and to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion if it becomes unavoidable due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

4. How to Enter 

To enter, participating UCB stores must during the Promotional Period: 

 

Sell Ben & Jerry’s products through normal trading activity; and 

Achieve the highest percentage volume uplift in Ben & Jerry’s sales during the Promotional Period compared with the equivalent period in the previous year (07/04/2025 – 06/05/2025). 

 

Entry & eligibility requirements: 

 

Participation is automatic for all UCB stores ranging Ben & Jerry’s. 

Stores must ensure sales data is submitted, accessible, and verifiable by the Promoter or UCB. 

Stores with incomplete, missing, or unverifiable baseline data for the comparison period may be disqualified or assessed at the Promoter’s discretion. 

 

 

5. Prizes 

There are three (3) prizes in total. 

Each prize consists of: 

 

1 x AUD $1,000 gift voucher (retailer or prepaid card type determined by the Promoter). 

 

Total prize pool: AUD $3,000 (incl. GST). 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter may substitute the prize (or any element of it) with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of stock shortages, availability issues, or other reasonable circumstances. 

 

6. Winner Selection 

 

Winners will be determined by ranking all participating UCB stores based on percentage uplift in Ben & Jerry’s volume during the Promotional Period compared to the same period last year. 

The top three (3) stores with the highest uplift will each win one prize. 

Determination will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 10/05/2026 at MAGNUM ICC AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, 2 Magnum Pl, Minto NSW 2566. 

 

Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of determination. 

The winning stores’ names and state/territory will be published on the Ben & Jerry’s Australia website for a minimum of 28 days. 

 

7. Unclaimed Prize 

If any prize is not claimed within three (3) months of notification, an unclaimed prize determination will occur at the same location at 12:00pm AEST on 10/08/2026. 

The redraw winners will be notified by email within 2 business days and published in the same manner. 

 

8. Verification & Data Requirements 

The Promoter may request: 

 

sales data, 

UCB data extracts, 

store identification, 

or any other information required to verify results. 

 

Failure to provide requested information may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture at the Promoter’s discretion. 

 

9. Tampering & Conduct 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any store that: 

 

tampers with or attempts to manipulate sales data; 

engages in fraudulent, misleading, or artificially inflated sales activity; or 

behaves in a disruptive or uncooperative manner. 

 

If there is a discrepancy in sales data, the Promoter may require verification and make a final ruling. 

 

10. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for: 

(a) technical issues, system failures, or data errors; 

(b) theft, unauthorised access, or third‑party interference; 

(c) loss, damage, or miscalculation relating to sales data; 

(d) acceptance or use of the prize. 

 

11. Privacy 

By participating, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may collect, store, and use data for the purposes of administering the promotion, validating sales performance, announcing winners, and fulfilling prizes.
