WHO CAN REGISTER ON THE SITE?
OrderStreets.com.au is a platform for use by ABN/ACN holders only, in order to purchase Streets products for resale. Resellers must register on the site to be able to purchase. You will be assigned to a Streets Distributor based on your postcode. You will also be able to purchase other products as sold by your assigned Distributor on the site.
HOW CAN I REGISTER ON THE SITE?
To register, you must click on Sign Up and complete all relevant fields. Your application details will be sent through to the Distributor who services your postcode, and you will be notified once your registration is complete. Please note, confirmed registration may take up to 48 hours to process.
I’M ALREADY A STREETS RESELLER – CAN I USE THE SITE?
You will need to go through the registration process, beginning by entering your Site ID, which can be found on your existing Streets invoice. The rest of the information will be pre-filled from your account details.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on Forgot Password? on the Account Login page and follow the steps.
HOW CAN I MODIFY MY CONTACT DETAILS?
To modify your details, you will need to contact your assigned Distributor.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS?
As a retailer you can pay through different payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Cash on Delivery
- Charge to Account
Please note, Charge to Account is available only for those with prior approval.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
Please contact your assigned Distributor if you have any issue with your order. You can phone them using the Contact phone number displayed on the site or use the Contact Us form
DOES THE PRODUCT PRICE INCLUDE GST?
Prices quoted on the site are exclusive of GST. When you finalise your order via the Checkout, you will see the total order price listed, including the GST component of the total.
HOW DO I ADD PRODUCTS INTO MY CART?
Available products can be added to your cart by clicking the “Add” button displayed under your chosen product. This will add a quantity of 1 to your cart. Click on the + and – symbols to increase or decrease the quantity of product ordered.
WHAT ARE FAVOURITES?
Items you order often can be added into your Favourites list. You can add items into Favourites by clicking on the heart to the top right of the product image. If the heart is solid, the item is in your Favourites list. To remove the item from your Favourites, click on the solid heart, and it will be removed.
You can access your Favourites list by clicking the heart next to your business name at the top of the page, or through the My Account menu.
HOW DO I GET APPROVED TO CHARGE TO AN ACCOUNT?
Contact your Distributor to discuss a credit application.
WHAT IF MY ACCOUNT IS ON CREDIT HOLD?
You will need to make a payment on your outstanding balance by following the process on your invoice. Once you have done that, your Credit Hold can be removed by the Accounts team. If you believe you have already paid your outstanding balance, and your account is still on hold, please contact accrec.anz@unilever.com
WHEN BE MY ORDER DELIVERED?
You will have selected a delivery date available for your area when you logged into the system. This will have displayed all available dates in a fourteen-day period. Note, orders cut off at 1pm local time for the next day. Your distributor will contact you if they are unable to deliver on your selected date.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?
Prior to check out, you have the option to change the delivery date on your order under Order Summary. Note, changing the delivery date may impact prices and promotions items in your cart.
WHO DO I CALL IF MY FREEZER BREAKS DOWN?
Call Kingloc 1800 653 987 – Have your freezer serial number ready for reference.
HOW DO I GET SUPPORT ON USING ORDERSTREETS.COM.AU?
